Vice President - Human Resources

A leading Human Resource professional for over fifteen years Robert leads the Human Resource efforts for Corporate Wings.   Sullivan, a certified Human Resource Professional, holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Campbell University and a Masters of Organizational Management, he is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School, Strategic Human Resources Management course. Through his experience in Human Resource leadership Robert has gained a broad range of expertise in talent acquisition; employee relations; training and professional development; leadership coaching; benefit management; career mapping; and merger and acquisition transition. Prior to joining Corporate Wings, Robert served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Mercury Air Centers, Inc. Robert has also served as Director of Human Resources for Flight Options and Director of Human Resource’s for The Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Corp., a division of the Fortune 500 Company. Robert is an active member in both the national and local chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management.
