First Authorized Dealer for Newly Certified Beechjet 400A/XP Flight Deck Upgrade

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OHIO October 21st, 2009 – Nextant Aerospace announced today that Constant Aviation has been named as the first authorized dealer for the Pro Line 21 Flight Deck Upgrade for the Beechjet 400A/XP. The Pro Line 21 upgrade program combines one of the most popular avionics suites available with one of the most popular light/medium business jets. The upgrade brings future airspace capabilities, safety and reliability to earlier-generation flight decks, along with reduced flight deck workload, maintenance and weight.

Supplemental Type Certificate Requirements Completed as Part of 400NEXT Aircraft Program

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OHIO — October 20, 2009 – Nextant Aerospace announced today that all requirements have been completed for issuance of an STC for the Beechjet 400A/XP Rockwell Collins Pro Line 4 to Pro Line 21 Flight Deck Upgrade.

Base price lowered to $3.9 Million for Beechjet 400A/XP Modernization Program

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OHIO — October 20, 2009 – Nextant Aerospace today announced lowered entry level pricing for the 400NEXT Beechjet 400A/XP modernization. The new price of $3.9 Million is a $1.0 Million reduction from the previous published price.

Adds Rockwell Collins Venue™ Cabin Management System to List of Available Options

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OHIO — September 30th, 2008 – Nextant Aerospace announced today that it will accelerate deliveries of the Nextant 400NEXT to the first quarter of 2010.  In addition Nextant intends to add the Rockwell Collins Venue™ High Definition Cabin Management System to the list of options available as part of the 400NEXT program.
